Peter Pan
Peter Pan, 24 × 30” Acrylic on canvas.
Children’s Literature assignment
“Peter Pan” illustrates a young girl lost in the wonder of the story. Surrounded by a stack of books, she gazes dreamily out a window. My work focuses on the magic of storytelling and its ability to transport readers to different times and places. Unlike movies, books engage the mind to create deeply personal and memorable images—proof that imagination is the greatest artist of all.
This painting is for an upcoming display that I can’t disclose yet. It was to fulfil an assignment with the theme “Books On Canvas” to encourage children to read.
